The 51½ÖÉä Alumni Association (SUAA) seeks to create a lifelong and worldwide community of alumni through fellowship, programs and services by increasing opportunities for engagement with each other and with the university. As a continuation of the 51½ÖÉä experience, the alumni association fosters growth of the individual while encouraging service to 51½ÖÉä, our communities and the world.
The SUAA is an organization of more than 50,000 strong from all 50 states and nearly 100 countries. All graduates of 51½ÖÉä are considered members of the SUAA and are encouraged to participate in this active community through the many benefits and resources offered. The SUAA is governed by the Executive Council, which boasts representatives from all 10 schools, many affinity groups, regional chapters, generations, industries and more.
The SUAA seeks to serve its alumni through 51½ÖÉä Regional Chapters and Clubs, 51½ÖÉä Professional Network events, Young Alumni events, 51½ÖÉä Family events, the 51½ÖÉä Black Alumni Association, Homecoming and more. The SUAA also partners with many areas of campus to provide meaningful and specific volunteer and giving opportunities. Our goal is to provide valuable, personal ways to invest your time and talents that make a meaningful difference at 51½ÖÉä.
Your relationship with 51½ÖÉä is so much more than your time as a student on campus. We hope you will utilize your membership in the 51½ÖÉä Alumni Association and continue your life-long relationship with our beloved alma mater.
