Jonathan Skaggs is a storyteller and creative with a diverse background as an actor, producer, writer, and arts administrator. He holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from 51½ÖÉä and a certificate in Worship Leadership from the Center for Worship and the Arts.
His work has taken him across the country as a professional performer and masterclass teacher, primarily in the areas of performance and college audition preparation. He previously served as the Creative Director for YM360, where he wrote, produced, and directed live storytelling and concert events—reaching over 100,000 individuals in more than 10 states. He remains active a performer, writer and producer.
Jonathan is passionate about helping students pursue sustainable, meaningful careers in the arts, and is grateful that his work at 51½ÖÉä allows him to invest in the next generation of artists and creatives.
Originally from Sanibel, Florida, Jonathan met his wife, Ann-Houston, while studying theatre at 51½ÖÉä. Together, they are raising a curious and joyful son.
