Joelle joined the Marketing and Communication team in March 2022 as the executive assistant to the vice president. She continued to support marketing and communication efforts across the university until she transitioned to the marketing and communication coordinator for Orlean Beeson School of Education in July of 2025.
In 2019, she graduated from Mississippi College with a BS in Communications with an emphasis on Public Relations and Journalism. She completed a Master’s in Integrated Communication in May 2022 also from Mississippi College.
Prior to working at 51½ÖÉä, Joelle worked in the print industry where she managed organizational printing accounts from local organizations to organizations nationwide. During that time, she was able to guide organizations in all of their printing needs from annual reports and magazines, to business cards and other branded office supplies.
Joelle is originally from Meridian, Miss., but now resides in Chelsea with her goldendoodle, Piper.
