This form should be used by off campus agencies/schools to request a job posting on the 51½ÖÉä Student Employment website to hire 51½ÖÉä students to work through the Community Work Service program. If your agency/school has not already been approved to be part of this program, someone from Student Financial Services will contact you about requirements.

All 51½ÖÉä departments and schools should use the regular Student Personnel Request Form

Community Work Service student employment will automatically terminate at the end of the financial aid year on June 30th.
