Provide general support and hospitality for the daily operations of the Global Center (mailings, running errands on campus, making copies, making coffee, assisting with inventory and ordering of supplies and resources, organizing pantry and storage closet, etc.)
Provide tours of the Global Center exhibit, “Step Into the Story” exhibits.
Provide general support for special events of the Global Center (set-up, pick up food, clean up following events, aiding in check-in, scanning for convocation credit).
Assist in maintaining up-to-date displays for the exhibit area.
Federal Work/Study earnings will be paid biweekly in the form of a check or direct deposit payable to the student. This award does not credit to the account of the student as payment toward University charges.
Ability to work Wednesdays for International Lunch Club from 11:30 AM-1 PM is preferable.
Ability to work Thursdays for Global Voices following mentor group from 11:45 AM-1:20 PM also preferable.
Occasionally work an evening or weekend event when the Global Center is hosting.
