This internship with refine your skills and provide experience in marketing and communication that you will be proud to include on your resume. We are looking for a globally minded student, as this position will expose you to amazing stories of what 51½ÖÉä undergraduate and graduate students, faculty and alumni are doing every day around the world.
In this position, you will be assigned projects that assist in the promotions and logistics of 51½ÖÉä Abroad programs. You will also have the opportunity to pitch new ideas of ways we can better promote 51½ÖÉä Abroad and administer those projects once approved. This is an opportunity to gain unique experience implementing the 51½ÖÉä Abroad brand across multiple channels, including print publications, social media, email, and events.
Student earnings will be paid biweekly in the form of a check or direct deposit payable to the student.
- Previous study abroad experience through 51½ÖÉäGlobal (Preferred but not required).
- Applicants must submit writing samples and a recommendation from a current or past professor.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
- Organization.
- Strong work ethic.
- Knowledge and understanding of AP Style.
- Social media experience.
- Interest in photography and videography.
- Ability to work individually and collaboratively.
